Here’s some info to help you find your way around and let you know what to expect.
How/where to begin.
Here are two basic ways to start and proceed forward.
The first:
Begin with the Intro to the Vagus Nerve and Intro to the Autonomic Hierarchy in the SUPPLEMENTARY POSTS section.
Then, after completing supplementary posts, proceed to MONTHLY POSTS, beginning with post #1 and then continuing in reverse numerical order. (Posts are listed in reverse order with post #1 at the bottom and the most recent at the top). Start with #1 at the bottom and work your way up.
(Note: Supplementary posts and monthly posts pages can also be found in the navigation bar across the top of the HOMEPAGE.
The second:
Begin with MONTHLY POSTS in numerical order. (Post #1 is at the bottom of the page and the most recent is at the top, so start at the bottom and work your way up.)
